Jesus Christ, Chief Pastor of CrossView Church
He is also Chief Pastor of all true Christians and true local gospel churches everywhere. See his bio here.
Jesus: “Before Abraham was, I am… I am the good shepherd. I know my own sheep, and they know me, as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep… I am the way, truth, and life, no one comes to the Father except through me… [I] did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give [my] life – a ransom for many… Yes, I am coming quickly.” (Note: these quotes are taken from different statements and conversations Jesus has said in different contexts in the Bible).
You can pray to him directly, read the Bible, and contact him through his body, the church.
PJ Tibayan, Pastor-Elder (Preaching Pastor)
PJ: I grew up in a Roman Catholic practicing home and heard the gospel in 1989 when a lady told me that I would never be good enough for God and the only way to be forgiven of sin was through believing in Jesus Christ and not my good works and religion. She read to me Ephesians 2:8-9 and I felt convicted of my guilt and called on the Lord JEsus to save me (and he did!). I served first as a youth pastor then assistant pastor at at Christian Fellowship Bible Church in Walnut, CA (2002-2007, now meeting in West Covina) while completing my master of divinity degree (M. Div.) at The Master’s Seminary (2006). I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from The Master’s College (2002). I was a pastoral intern at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington DC in the spring of 2008 before we planted CrossView Church in October of that year. I began serving at CrossView as the pastor for preaching under Jesus, our Chief Pastor, on February 15, 2009.
I’m happily married to Frances and have a son and three daughters. We pray God adds to our family. I love the Lord Jesus, my family, CrossView Church, all gospel churches, reading the Bible and other books about God and Jesus, Los Angeles, viewing the city from the Griffith Observatory, the Lakers, playing basketball, hip-hop, edifying Christian lyrics, wrestling my son and hugging my daughters, and dating my wife, though not all to the same degree.
I blog at SlavePJ.com.

Other Pastor-Elders: Currently there are no other pastor-elders at this time though we are praying that God would raise up 2 or more by 2014 and have men in training and pursuing it.
Deacons and Deaconesses: Deacons and deaconesses meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3.8-13 and are our lead servants at our church who model mature Christianity especially when it comes to grace-empowered character and solid biblical conviction.
The deacons and deaconesses of CrossView fill supportive roles as they coordinate various ministries that relate to the physical needs of the congregation. As those who free the elders to provide spiritual oversight to the church, the deacons and deaconesses each oversee a particular church ministry (e.g. Sound Ministry or Nursery). At their discretion, the deacons and deaconesses gather volunteers in support of their work. Potential deacons and deaconesses are nominated by the elders and voted on by the congregation before beginning a three-year period of service.
In their service to the church, the deacons and deaconesses compose serving schedules, direct activities, and communicate specific needs within their ministry to the congregation. On any given Sunday, deacons and deaconesses may be found ushering children, preparing communion, or giving a member a ride home, among many other activities. Read more about what we believe about deacons here. Read our section on deacons and deaconesses in our church constitution here.
